Bats

Begin to feed at night, return by break of day.
Aerodynamic and agile in flight…
Take blood from others and don’t repay…
Scare lots children with fear of “the bite.”

The Impossumble Possum

O possum, O possum,
You’re impossumbly hairy,
Impossumbly drowsy,
Impossumbly wary.

You walk on fence tops,
Slide through barbed wire.
Your teeth are jagged,
Just like a vampire.

O possum O possum,
You’re impossumbly hairy,
Impossumbly drowsy,
Impossumbly wary.

You think you’re an oversized
Ratatouille

You hang in the treetops like,
Old King Louie.

O possum O possum,
You’re impossumbly hairy,
Impossumbly drowsy,
Impossumbly wary.

But, as far as marsupial quadrupeds go,
You might just possumbly steal the show.

No Dads Just Mummies

Egyptians weren’t too fond of dads,
But with moms, they were pretty chummy.
-No pops inside the sarcophagus,
Just a sweet old fashioned mummy!

Portrait of the Poet

Bear Wrestler

There once was a wrestler named Ray,
Who wrestled 3 bears in a day.
He put them in headlocks,
Drove them to Goldilocks,
Ate porridge and slept until May!
